These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the analytics and reporting application ("App") operated by LLC "Integration of Information Systems" (ООО «Интеграция информационных систем»), registered in the Russian Federation ("Company", "we", "us").

By authorizing or connecting your TikTok account to our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose and Scope of Services

The App is designed solely to collect and analyze video performance metrics (such as impressions, views, and reach) via the official TikTok API. The retrieved data is used exclusively for:

1. Providing performance analytics and reporting to the verified account owner.
2. Reporting ad placement metrics to relevant advertisers and advertising agencies to comply with mandatory Russian advertising accounting and labeling regulations (Federal Law "On Advertising" No. 38-FZ).

2. Authorization and Access Rights

• Access to metrics is granted strictly via the official TikTok OAuth authorization flow.
• The App only requests read-only permissions necessary to access video metrics and basic publication statistics.
• The App does not request, collect, or store administrative rights, login credentials, or direct management access to your TikTok account.

3. User Obligations and Declarations

By connecting your account, you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the connected TikTok account.
• You have the legal authority to share performance metrics for compliance, accounting, and reporting purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with TikTok via the official TikTok API. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any limitations, restrictions, or suspensions imposed directly by TikTok.

5. Termination & Revocation

You may revoke the App's access at any time through your TikTok account settings (under Security & Permissions → Authorized Apps) or by contacting us directly.

LLC "Integration of Information Systems" (ООО «Интеграция информационных систем») ("Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how our application ("App") handles information accessed via the official TikTok API.

1. Information We Access

Our App accesses strictly non-personal performance and statistical data related to video publications:

• Video metrics (impressions, view counts, basic engagement indicators).
• Public video identifiers and metadata required to identify specific published content.

What we do NOT collect or access:

• We do not collect passwords, payment details, phone numbers, or private direct messages.
• We do not request or maintain administrative control or publishing permissions on your account.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Accessed performance metrics are used strictly for:

1. Analytics for Account Owners: Compiling structured statistical reports for the creator.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Providing verified impression and placement statistics to advertisers, advertising agencies, and registered advertising data operators (ORD) strictly to satisfy requirements of the Russian Federal Law "On Advertising" (No. 38-FZ).

3. Data Storage & Security

Authentication tokens are stored securely and used solely to execute API queries for statistics. We implement standard industry security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of retrieved performance metrics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your data. Analytical metrics are shared strictly with:

• The verified account owner.
• Advertisers and agencies associated with the specific sponsored content for advertising accounting and verification purposes.

5. Data Revocation & Deletion

Users can disconnect the App at any time directly through TikTok account settings (under Security & Permissions → Authorized Apps). Once access is revoked, no further metrics will be fetched. To request deletion of previously synchronized performance logs, contact us at the address below.
